studio room in al-wahat neighborhood with bathroom 6x4. located in a completely separate building courtyard with direct street access, private bathroom, and fitted kitchen. for individuals only with a maximum of 2 people - we never accept families. rent includes water only. electricity is the tenant's responsibility, split 50/50 with the building guard's room. annual or semi-annual rent only - no monthly payments ever, with contract through ejar platform. rent is 14,400 annually and can be semi-annual by agreement with the owner. communication via whatsapp only - we don't answer calls. please note we only have listings on aqar website and we have no agreements with any rental offices to complete contracts or take deposits except through owner approval and the interested renter must communicate with him first for understanding.
