studio room in al-wahah neighborhood. no monthly rent whatsoever under any circumstances - installments only. the area with its private bathroom is 6×4. located in a completely separate building courtyard with direct street access, private bathroom, and built-in kitchen. for individuals only, maximum 2 people, and the number must be written in the lease contract. we do not accept families ever, whether permanently or temporarily. rent includes water only. electricity is the tenant's responsibility, split in half with the building guard's room. annual or semi-annual rent only - no monthly rent ever with a contract on the ejar platform. annual rent is 14,400 and can be semi-annual by agreement with the owner. whatsapp contact only - we do not answer calls. please note we only have listings on aqar website and have no agreements with any rental offices to complete contracts or take deposits except through the owner's approval and direct communication with those interested in renting first for understanding.
