an apartment divided into two wings. currently available is a wing consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, a fitted kitchen, a laundry area, and 2 bathrooms including electricity and water. there is a new elevator. note: the rental contract fee is the tenant's responsibility, not the owner's. non-smokers preferred. the wing will be vacated before ramadan. the building is for families only.
