**villa for rent** assalamu alaikum, i have a villa with an area of 304 (square meters), and i would like to rent it out either furnished or unfurnished. i would like to know the price range. **two floors:** **ground floor:** - external annex - men's majlis (sitting room) - hallway/corridor - women's majlis (sitting room) - living room - kitchen - maid's room - laundry room **first floor:** - two master bedrooms - one additional room with an adjacent bathroom - living room **please note:** - there is a fourth room that will be locked for storing our belongings and will not be used at all. - the villa has installed air conditioners, except in the men's and women's majlis rooms. - the furniture in the men's majlis, women's majlis, and the external annex is not included (unfurnished).
