**villa for rent** assalamu alaikum, i have a villa with an area of 304 square meters, and i would like to rent it furnished or as two floors separately. **ground floor:** external annex, men's sitting room (majlis), entrance hall (maqalat), women's sitting room (majlis), living room, kitchen, maid's room, and laundry room. **first floor:** two master bedrooms, one room with an adjacent bathroom, and a living room. please note that a fourth room will be locked for storing our belongings and will not be used at all. the villa has installed air conditioners, except in the men's and women's sitting rooms. the furniture in the men's and women's sitting rooms and the external annex are not included (unfurnished).
