Building on the success we achieved in the Rabiyat Al-Mowathafeen project, we continue to develop the optimal concept for model housing in the Al-Rabiyah master plan. Strategically located east of Abha city, it is situated between the city's three most important roads: Marhaban Alf Road, King Abdullah Road, and Prince Sultan Road, spanning a total area of 124,234 square meters. The Al-Rabiyah master plan offers residential plots of various sizes within an environment fully equipped with all essential services, including water, electricity, and telecommunications. It is also surrounded by a wide range of amenities, such as mosques, educational facilities, and parks.
