there are two apartments available for annual rent in the asir region, al-wadiyain city, al-rabwah neighborhood, unfurnished and never been lived in before. each apartment has an area of 150 m², located close to all services and parks such as al-masqi park, al-qar'ah park, dalgan park, al-murabba, and al-hablah. each apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a lounge, and a kitchen equipped with cabinets. the apartments are approximately 300 meters away from the services area, which includes all amenities and al-abrar mosque in al-wadiyain. they are also close to the city center of al-wadiyain, close to ahad rafidah, and approximately 25 minutes from the airport. most importantly, they are close to all well-known parks, and the area is well-served with shops, gas stations, and household and family supplies. the rent for each apartment is 20,000 sar unfurnished. if the tenant wishes to have the apartment furnished, that is possible with an additional 3,000 sar per apartment added to the rental price. please note that we do not offer summer rentals — annual rental only. al-ojaib real estate office ((number appears when clicking on call)) ((number appears when clicking on call))
